{"id":98,"date":"2012-05-10T10:36:06","date_gmt":"2012-05-10T10:36:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mardequel.com\/blog\/\/?p=98"},"modified":"2020-06-22T13:49:49","modified_gmt":"2020-06-22T11:49:49","slug":"lasana-de-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mardequel.com\/blog\/lasana-de-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"LASA\u00d1A DE CARNE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 kilo carne picada ternera (disponible en Mart\u00ednez de Quel)<br \/>\nLaminas de lasa\u00f1a<br \/>\n200 g cebolla en dados<br \/>\n40 g ajo picado<br \/>\n2 kilos de tomate triturado<br \/>\n\u00bd vaso de vino tinto<br \/>\n3 cucharadas de concentrado de tomate<br \/>\n140 ml nata l\u00edquida<br \/>\n4 huevos<br \/>\n\u00bd k de queso mozzallera en l\u00e1minas<br \/>\nTomillo, laurel y aceite<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primero se rehoga la carne picada y se saltea la cebolla. Agregar el tomate, el vino, el ajo, el concentrado de tomate, unas hojas de tomillo, una de laurel y la carne picada, y dejar cocer durante una hora.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se colocan 200 ml de salsa de carne en la bandeja del horno y se dispone una l\u00e1mina de pasta.
