Cortar la fruta, previamente lavada, mezclar y ali\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><em>Salsa Tzatziki<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">Con el lim\u00f3n o la lima preparar un zumo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">Lavar el pepino y rallar, dejar en un colador escurrir el exceso de agua y salar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">Mezclar el yogur, el aceite, el ajo picado, el zumo de 1\/2 lim\u00f3n (o un poco menos), la menta picada (puede ser hierbabuena) y una pizca de sal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">Colocar las hojas de los cogollos en un plato y encima de cada una echar un poco de quinoa ali\u00f1ada (la cantidad que cada uno vea conveniente).
