Corte la cebolla en aros finos y d\u00f3rela en aceite de oliva. Una vez pochada la cebolla a\u00f1ada las setas y remueva para que no se peguen a la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>A los 10 minutos aproximadamente \u00e9chele un chorrito de aceite de oliva para que se doren. Una vez dorada aplique la nata l\u00edquida sobre las setas preparadas y espere a que de un hervor.
