Aparte limpiar los champi\u00f1ones, cortarlos por la mitad y sazonarlos al gusto.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar a la cazuela los champi\u00f1ones para dorarlos y los 5 minutos agregar un poco de ajo picado, el perejil, el vaso de vino blanco y un poco de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar cocer hasta que el champi\u00f1\u00f3n quede tierno, unos 30 minutos.
