Luego lavamos los tomates y los cortamos por la mitad.<\/p>\n<p>Echamos un poco de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y fre\u00edmos las colas entre 1 o dos minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n las ponemos en una fuente (preparada para el horno), y las mezclamos con el ajo, el tomate, romero y el perejil troceados.
