Se deja cocer 1 hora y se agregan las acelgas, limpias y troceadas, y dejar cocer media hora m\u00e1s.<br \/>\nMientras, sofre\u00edr el ajo, las \u00f1oras, el laurel y un poco de comino. Sacar el sofrito y majarlo en un mortero, con un poco de sal.
