Una vez se tueste la grasa, lo metemos en el horno precalentado a 200\u00ba y lo asamos unos 10 minutos.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s lo sacamos y lo cortamos en cuatro rodajas para comprobar que ha quedado rosado en su interior.
